Trapping is a great hunting partner. The trap never sleeps, never argues, and is always working. The only thing a trap needs is good bait and to be set in a strategic location – along the trail of an animal.
If you could add trapping to your Homestead tool kit, you would add a very helpful working hand. You set it and let it do it’s job. You have other things to do.
There are many kinds of traps to make and set. It depends upon the animal you’re after and how elaborate you want to get. The bow trap is not a simple trap and used for larger game.
